As part of the pioneer program I am deploying the spotter innards on a USV platform enabling sensor integration onto a moving platform.
When I disassembled the spotter to get the electronics out I unfortunately stripped the threads on the bristlemouth connectors at the base of the spotter. I am going to try and re-tap but I’m not holding my breath.
I was wondering if it is possible to get bristlemouth bulkhead connectors? Failing that I’ll use another connector but it’d be nice to keep the entire sensor installation bristlemouth!
