St Michaels Tide Buoy Deployment

Last week, we successfully deployed the integrated tide gauge buoy in Honeymoon Lagoon and we are getting some nice, clean tide charts! We still need to normalize the sensor data against the surface pressure reading. Has anyone already developed a clean, easy way to automate remotely pulling the surface barometric pressure from the spotter?

We also had a local news station out covering the deployment. They put out a nice little write-up here: Smart Buoy to Help St. Michaels Monitor Rising Sea Levels

But you know this is the video you actually want to see. And by you, I mean Zack, specifically: @drandrewthaler.bsky.social on Bluesky

This is very cool! We just put in a Bristlemouth proposal looking to use it in a riverine environment, and are just up the Bay from you. If we are awarded one, would love to pick your brain a bit!
