Upfitting 3.3v LVDM via Ethernet / USB-C to Dev Board

All,

I’ve been working on integrating a sensor via the Dev Board and I’m trying to find opinions as to which would be the best route to go. Currently i have to go from a 3.3v Ethernet cable is standard output for the sensor however, i do have an SSD - USB-C converter in-line currently to view the sensor via serial connection.

Below is what the sensors site has in regards to converting to RS-232.

“The serial port uses 3.3V LVDM, a differential signaling format that can be converted to RS-232 or LVTTL for microcontrollers using an LVDM or LVDS PHY chip.”

Is there a preferred conversion method, or a chip someone has found to be a success for them? Any input or suggestions are welcomed!
